06 Account Suspension & Termination Policy

Mae44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification or submission of false information.
• Indicators of suspicious transactions or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• At the member's own request.

Members are typically notified by email or other means before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it will be settled via independent mediation.
